Earlier this month, members of the 1894 Society gathered for our annual Spring Luncheon to celebrate philanthropy and hear inspiring stories of impact. The 1894 Society recognizes those who help sustain the future of Parkland by creating estate gifts, life income arrangements and named endowments.

Guests enjoyed a powerful presentation from Donna Richardson, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, Executive Vice President and Chief Nursing Executive at Parkland Health, who shared insights into Parkland’s nursing journey and the dedicated teams working to deliver compassionate care across Dallas County.

We were also honored to hear from 1894 Society member Neva Cochran, MS, RDN, LD, FAND, who gave a heartfelt talk on the meaning of giving and how generosity can transform lives.
